WELCOME to the NEIGHBORHOOD!

On behalf of the Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board and neighbors, let us be among the first to welcome you the neighborhood!  It’s a great place to live and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We know that moving can be a difficult time for anyone.  We want to help make things a little easier by letting you know of a few resources that we provide for our community, as well as what public services are available to you our area.

On the pages of this site you will find information such as our quarterly and annual meeting minutes, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, marina rules, water system, emergency communications and preparedness tips, community events and a Contacts page for when you have questions.  You'll also find a page outlining the process of gaining approval from our Architectural Committee for changes you wish to make to your property, such as building a fence, a deck, or a shed.

We also have a community phone directory, updated every couple of years and available from the Bridgehaven Board.

In addition we have a FaceBook page where you can communicate with others in the community and even share photos. That’s where you will find out more info on current events within Bridgehaven:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/bridgehaven98365/

Being new to the community, you will also want to know that our area is serviced by Jefferson County PUD; Garbage collection is via Murry’s Disposal; WAVE and CenturyLink seem to be the most popular internet provider. Wave, DirecTV and Dish can provide television programming.

Dues and Water: BCCA has a fiscal year of Dec. 1st thru Nov. 30th.  We send the first bill out Dec. 1st, and a reminder on March 1st.  If you pay dues ($450.00) before Jan. 1st, you get a credit of $20 off the dues.  The water fee is $450.00 minimum. There is a $20 discount if paid before January 1st.  Both must be paid by March 31st. See the Contacts page for the address to mail your payment.

Our ammenities: On our website you will find information regarding the rules for the Marina, as well as the name and contact information for the Marina Manger.  Contact him to obtain a key for the gate that leads to the Marina area, beach, dock and boat launch.

As a property owner here, you have the privilege of reserving the Marina Pavilion (aka Gazebo) for your own picnic or event.  To do that, first check the calendar page on the website to see if the date you want is still open. On that page there is a "Reserve the Pavilion" link, which leads to the online form to make your reservation.

Please keep in mind that the Marina area is only for the use of actual property owners in good standing, not for those that rent or lease homes here.

If you can’t find the answer to your questions on our website, don’t hesitate to reach out to anyone of the Board members – see the Contacts page on the website for the names and numbers.

Again, welcome to Bridgehaven community.

Sincerely,

Bridgehaven Board of Directors
