Who is Eligible for Membership?
Membership in the Club is contingent upon and limited to the owners of residential property or lots in Bridgehaven. Owner(s) are defined as the persons named in the deed(s) and contract(s) of sale,
or the surviving spouse thereof.
How to Become a Member:
By purchasing or being deeded a residence or lot within Bridgehaven, you become a dues paying member, responsible each January for $450 per lot to belong to the Bridgehaven Community Club Association
(amount varies according to annual assessments). There is a $20 per lot discount for annual payments received before December 31.
Additionally, all properties with Bridgehaven Water hook up, are responsible for another $450 per lot annually for water (300 gallons per day yearly average) plus any surcharge for exceeding the
yearly daily averger. See the Water Rates page. (The water rate may also vary according to annual assessments). There is no discount for early
payment of water.
If dues and water bills are not paid by April 1, they become subject to penalty.
