Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board Meeting September 28, 2020

(This meeting replaced our annual meeting that was set for September 26, 2020 and was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.)

Vice President Dave Wilson called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. The meeting was held at Bridgehaven Marina.

Board members in attendance were:  President Blake Egenes, Vice President Dave Wilson, Secretary Nancy Schulberg, Assistant Treasurer Marilyn Bryant, Treasurer Carolyn Brotherton, Member At Large Rhonda Morris. 

Assistant Treasurer Marilyn Bryant gave the treasurer’s report. Our insurance has gone up from $12,000 to $16,000 in one year.

Bridgehaven brought in $205,000 and spent $176,000.  $29,000 was written off for depreciation.

Marina repair for the docks was presented.  We received an estimate from Bellingham Marine for $60,000.  This issue has been tabled due to astronomical price.

Carolyn Brotherton gave the architectural report.  No new projects have been submitted.  There was discussion about new construction on North Beach Drive that is currently in progress that was not submitted for approval.  Committee will look into this.

One hundred and sixty four ballots were mailed out.  Seventy seven were returned.  Ballots were counted and tallied.  Congratulations to Kimberly Funk.  Kimberly is BCCA  new Member At Large.  She is replacing Rhonda Morris.  Thank you Rhonda for all your dedicated time/years you have put in for Bridgehaven.

Both BCCA 2021 water and annual budgets were approved by members.

Assistant Treasurer -  Marilyn Bryant

Secretary - Nancy Schulberg

Member At Large - Kimberly Funk

Board meetings were set for 2021.  All quarterly meetings will be held at the marina pavilion. 

• January 16, 2021       Saturday       10:00 a.m.
• April 17, 2021             Saturday       10:00 a.m.
• July 17, 2021              Saturday       10:00 a.m. This meeting will be combined with our annual budget meeting.
• September 25, 2021 ANNUAL MEETING.  Time and place to be determined.

Marilyn Bryant motioned to adjourn the meeting. Rhonda seconded the motion.  Meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
