Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board October 14, 2019

President Blake Egenes called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M.  The meeting was held at Bridgehaven Marina.

Blake welcomed everyone to the meeting.  Board members in attendance were:  President, Blake Egenes, Vice President, David Wilson, Secretary, Nancy Schulberg, Assistant Treasurer, Marilyn Bryant, Treasurer, Carolyn Brutherton, Member At Large, Rhonda Morris.  Also in attendance were Marina Manager, Matt Maynard, Water Commissioner, Joe Schwan, Water Manager, Jose’ Escalera,  and several BCCA members.

This meeting was called to update board members on the agenda from June 26, 2019 board meeting.

Secretary Nancy Schulberg read the minutes from June 26, 2019 board meeting.  Minutes were approved.

Water Commissioner, Joe Schwan, addressed water over usage by community members.  Joe and Jose’ will write a proposal to present to the board in regards to meter readings, tiered rates and billings.

Water Manager, Jose’ Escalera gave a report on Mission’s Communication, Bridgehaven’s new  24/7  water monitoring system. 

Bill Bryant checked on earthquake insurance.  Cost would be $1,000.00 per year.

New business discussed:

• Replacing the existing glass with plexi glass in the bus stop building on Eagle View. Blake will be checking on this.
• Installing security cameras at the marina.  Matt will be checking on this.
• Finishing up the landscaping improvements at the marina.  Gravel by the firepit area and pouring cement or placing pavers at the entrance of the gazebo.  Nancy checking on cost for cement.
• Finishing the installation of the wood stove and enclosing the soffits in the gazebo.   Joe Schwan, Lloyd Schulberg, Curt Thomson, and Bill Bryant are currently working on this project.

Mariyln Bryant gave the treasurer’s report.  One BCCA member is delinquent.  A lien will be put on their property.  Treasurer’s report was approved.

Blake moved to adjourn the meeting.  Rhonda seconded the motion.  Meeting was adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
