Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board May 6, 2019

President Blake Egenes called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m..  The meeting was held at Marilyn Bryant’s home.

Board members in attendance were:  President Blake Egenes, Vice President David Wilson, Secretary Nancy Schulberg, Treasurer Marilyn Bryant. Person at large Charles Thomas.  Also in attendance were Water Utility Commissioner Joe Schwan, Marina Manager Matt Maynard, Bill Bryant, Curt and Jan Thompson.  Architecture Committee Carolyn Brotherton.

Joe Schwan gave a report on the latest water audit. Our water audit passed.

Joe updated us on Bruce Jakola and Steve Drury certifications.  They are about 50% completed.  They have applied for temporary certification from Jefferson County Health Department.

There was discussion of members going over their allotted water usage.

Bridgehaven’s annual garage sale was set for Friday June 7th Saturday June 8^th, 2019.

2020 budget was also set.  

Members will be asked to please update email address.  Discussion on emailing all mailings in lieu of U.S. Postal mailings to save on money.

Nancy Schulberg motioned to adjourn the meeting.  Marilyn Bryant second the motion.  Meeting was adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
