Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board  June 26, 2019

President Blake Egenes called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.  The meeting was held at Nancy Schulberg’s home.

Blake welcomed everyone to the meeting.  Board members in attendance were: President Blake Egenes, Vice President David Wilson, Secretary Nancy Schulberg, Treasurer Marilyn Bryant.  Also in attendance were Marina Manager Matt Maynard and several BCCA members.

This meeting was called to swear in BCCA board members. 

Blake Egenes was sworn in as President, Dave Wilson was sworn in as Vice President, Nancy Schulberg was sworn in as Secretary. 

Bill Bryant made a motion to elect Carolyn Brotherton as Treasurer.  The motion was seconded by Jan Thomson. All were in favor. Carolyn Brotherton was sworn in as Treasurer.

Marilyn Bryant will now be Assistant Treasurer.

Bill Bryant made a motion to elect Rhonda Morris as Member At Large.  Jan Thomson seconded the motion. All were in favor. Rhonda Morris was sworn in as Member At Large. 

Other business discussed was chip sealing North Beach Drive.  Funds from the Miscellaneous Reserves will be used and paid back in January 2020 from annual dues.  The amount is around $37,000.00.

Several water bills have not been paid.  Numerous billings and letters have been sent out.  Official water shut off notices will be posted on dwellings.  Notices will also reflect there will be a $100.00 fee for water re-hook up.  Fees and balances of overdue notices must be paid in full before water is restored.

Our Water Commissioners will be addressing over usage of water in their next meeting.  They will bring to the Board of Directors a dollar amount they feel over usage will be fined for individuals.

Bill Bryant noted that BCCA does not have earthquake insurance on our two water tanks, two reservoirs or pump house.  Bill will look into costs.

Nancy made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Marilyn seconded the motion, Meeting was adjourned at 1:30 P.M.
