Bridgehaven Community Club Association Board Meeting January 16, 2021

President Blake Egenes called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m., January 16, 2021. The meeting was held at Bridgehaven Marina.

Board members in attendance were:  President, Blake Egenes, Vice President, Dave Wilson, Member At Large, Kimbery Funk, Assistant Treasurer, Marilyn Bryant, Secretary, Nancy Schulberg.

Other members in attendance, Marina Manager, Matt Maynard, Bill Bryant and Cathy Wright.  Water Manager Jose Escalera, via phone call. 

We spoke to Jose Escalera in regards to replacing all existing  water meters with new electronic meters in 2021.  They would be purchased from Itron.  New Water Meters  

The cost to replace all existing meters would be between $200 and $300 each.  There are 224 existing meters at this time.

A new water shut off valve needs to be replaced at the top entrance of the marina.  This will be done before the end of March, 2021.  Cost will be around $800.00.

A water leak on the spit between Matt Maynard’s home will also be looked at in the near future.

Marina Manager Matt Maynard is getting bids on repairing the far end dock at the marina.

There are presently three 20’ slips available.  Numbers 7, 17 and 20.

Assistant Treasurer Marilyn Bryant gave the treasurer’s report. She has billed out $180,000.  Currently collected $103,000.00.  Our bank balance is $784,000.00

Blake Egenes motioned to adjourn the meeting, Nancy Schulberg seconded the motion.  Meeting was adjouned at 11:30 a.m.
