Who is Eligible for Membership:
Those who are lawful owners of residential property or lots within Bridgehaven, or the legal heirs thereof, over 18 years of age.
How to Become a Member:
By purchasing or being deeded a residence or lot within Bridgehaven, you become a dues paying member, responsible each January for $225 per lot to belong to the Bridgehaven Community Club Association (amount varies according to annual assessments). There is a $20 per lot discount for annual payments received before December 31.
Additionally, all properties with Bridgehaven Water hook up, are responsible for another $325 per lot annually for water (amount varies according to annual assessments). There is no discount for early payment of water.
