Bridgehaven Community Club Association is a non-profit corporation, a homeowners association in Jefferson County, WA, just north and west of the old South Point Ferry dock. There are approx. 200 lots in Bridgehaven, most with homes on them. Bridghaven operates with an elected Board of Directors and an Architectural Committee. Our Water Board and Water Manager manage and maintains our class A water system that feeds Bridgehaven and communities surrounding it. Bridgehaven has 300 feet of waterfront property, with a large picnic pavilion, a boat launch and parking, as well as a floating dock with 20 slips, and a fish cleaning station.
We have some houses that are rented by the owners in our community and quite a number for sale. Those that purchase homes or lots here automatically become members of Bridgehaven Community Club Association, and are therefore entitled to use the Marina and will be assigned a key to the gate. They also can be put on the list to rent a slip in the Marina if they have a boat. But slips will not be transferred to the new property owners.
Renters, however, are not granted the same privileges. The slips, and access to the Marina are also not transferable to renters by the property owners.
